19th Annual Secondary Transition Options and Resource Fair A Free Student and Family Event October 4, 2018 - Doylestown PA: The Bucks County Intermediate Unit (Bucks IU), along with The Transition Coordinating Council of Bucks County, are hosting their 19th Annual Secondary Transition Options and Resource Fair on Thursday, November 1, 2018. This unique event focuses on providing information on support services, specialty programs, employment support agencies, colleges, and technical/trade schools to transition age students with special needs. Join us from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at the Bucks County Intermediate Unit, located at 705 N. Shady Retreat Rd. in Doylestown PA. Attendance and parking are both free, and light snacks will be provided. Transition programs focus on students between the ages of 14-21, however all students with special needs are more than welcome to attend. We especially welcome and encourage attendance by student’s families. Over 40 organizations, academic institutions, community agencies, and vendors are registered to attend and share their information with these students.
