Prior to joining the firm, Bateman was an assistant district attorney in Franklin County, Pa. and clerked for the Honorable Robert O. Baldi in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Mitchell H. Baylarian, a resident of Lafayette Hill, Pa., received a bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College and a law degree from Pennsylvania State University. His areas of practice include family law and criminal law. Baylarian previously worked at the Chester County Public Defender’s Office and at a small, busy law firm in Doylestown. In 2016, he was appointed by the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas as a conflict attorney representing parents in Children and Youth Matters. Ian W. Peltzman, originally from Fort Washington, Pa., received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a law degree from Boston College and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws degree at Temple University.
