Fecca, Penn Community Bank’s Director of Deposit Services, will serve a four year term on the association’s Deposit Advisory Committee where he will assist the organization and its members on retail and commercial deposit issues as well as make recommendations regarding educational and training priorities. He has 30-years of financial industry experience and has been with the bank for two years; in his role, he is responsible for overseeing deposit services efforts, including digital and mobile banking, card and check services and other key Nemecek, Penn Community Bank’s Director of Compliance, will serve a four year term on the association’s Government Relations Policy Committee where he will guide the overall legislative program of the association and establish policy positions and priorities on pending or proposed state legislation.
