Habitat Bucks Welcomes Board of Directors to New Roles Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County is pleased to announce the newly elected roles of members of its Board of Directors. Those elected to new positions include Michael Savona, Esq., as President; Michael Keim, Vice President; Karl Schmidt, Treasurer; and Nancy Buckner, Secretary. Michael Savona, Esq. is a Shareholder and a member of the Management Committee at Eastburn and Gray, PC in Doylestown. Michael Keim is President of Univest Bank and Trust Co. in Souderton, Karl Schmidt is an adjunct professor teaching masters courses in sustainability and engineering at Villanova University, and Nancy Buckner is branch manager of Penn Community Bank in Richlandtown. “Habitat Bucks is excited to have the expertise and guidance from such a diverse group of professionals,” said Executive Director, Florence Kawoczka. “The strong leadership from each board member will only continue to enhance and grow our services for families in need of affordable housing in Bucks County.” The Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors is responsible for establishing policy and guidelines in coordination of the organization’s efforts of building communities and empowering families through the construction, rehabilitation and preservation of homes in Bucks County, PA.
