Frisbie has been with the firm since October 2013. His practice areas include Estate Planning and Administration, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Business Organizations, and Real Estate. “Mike Frisbie’s expertise in business organizations is a valuable resource to the firm and the small business owners we serve,” said Weber Kracht and Chellew managing partner, Michael Kracht. “He is adept at helping our clients develop successful strategies for operation and growth.” Frisbie received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden in 1996. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from The Pennsylvania State University in 1990. In May 2016, he earned an Estate Planning Certificate from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. Dedicated to his profession and his community, Mike, an Eagle Scout, is Scoutmaster of Troop 6 of Doylestown and is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association. He has served as a Court-appointed arbitrator on Arbitration Panels in the Courts of Common Pleas of Bucks, Lehigh, and Monroe Counties and has also been selected by his peers for private arbitration matters. In 2004, Frisbie completed the prestigious National Institute of Trial Advocacy Program at Temple University. He has lectured on arbitration practice in Philadelphia County and to numerous industry professionals on the topics of Pennsylvania law, Pennsylvania practice, and litigation strategies in Pennsylvania. Her practice areas include Insurance Defense, Civil and Commercial Litigation, and Estate Planning and Administration. “Sandy is known for her tenacious advocacy on behalf of her clients,” said Weber Kracht and Chellew managing partner, Michael Kracht. “Her dedication, focus, and genuine care for her work on behalf of her clients are evident in every case.” Jainauth-Barone received her law degree from City University of New York Law School in 1995 and her undergraduate degree from Queens College in 1992, graduating with academic honors. In addition to a certificate in estate planning, she earned her master of laws in taxation from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2009. Outside of the office, Jainauth-Barone serves as a volunteer attorney with the Wills for Heroes Foundation drafting and executing wills, financial powers of attorney, and health care documents for first responders and their spouses or domestic partners. She is also a tax volunteer with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program, where providing tax assistance to individuals and families with low to moderate income. Jainauth-Barone is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Keller to the firm. As Firm Administrator, Keller is responsible for office operations, including human resource, information systems, financial management, and facilities management.
