Merck Sharp & Dohme Federal Credit Union presented Raymond O. Hoffman Memorial Awards to five high school seniors at its annual meeting on March 27, 2018. For 47 years, the Hoffman Memorial Award recognizes high school seniors who are active in their community and represent the “People Helping People” philosophy of credit unions. This year, recipients were awarded $5,000 each and were recognized at the Credit Union’s annual meeting by Jeffrey James, MSDFCU Chairman, and David B. Whitehead, MSDFCU CEO. Combined, the students contributed over 3,700 hours toward community service efforts.
