Event Description: This program is for those independent seniors looking to maintain or improve cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility or just improve their activities of daily living. You will use stability balls and tubing in a safe, sitting or standing, effective workout. You will improve your strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility. The benefits of physical exercise are endless! This program caters to your unique fitness level. No jumping! 30 minute class; Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11 AM to 11:30 AM in the ST. Agnes Social Hall-. A total of 24 classes for 96.00. That is 4$ per class. 50% of the money goes to the parking lot fund. Contact Lesia at 215-804-7975.
