Event Description: BUCKS COUNTY TO PARTICIPATE IN SMALL BUSINESS FORUM Saturday, August 13, 2011, 10 a.m. to Noon, LaSalle University, Bucks County Center, Newtown, PA On Saturday, August 13, Bucks County Business Development Administrator Sonia Smith will participate in a Small Business Forum. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to Noon at the LaSalle University Bucks County Center, Newtown, PA 18940. The Small Business Forum is being presented for the owners and senior managers of independently owned businesses throughout Bucks County who have joined the 8th Congressional District’s Independently Owned Business Advisory Group. Anticipated attendance for the event is 80 to 100. Businesses will have the opportunity to introduce themselves to Ms. Smith, ask basic questions, and exchange information for appropriate follow-up. The County of Bucks Business Development Department provides business start-up assistance, and helps companies sustain, expand, or enter the Bucks County market. The free services include resource provision, workshop education, and networking opportunities.
