Event Description: The Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring an educational retirement course.
The "FINANCIAL STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESSFUL RETIREMENT," course is a generic educational program sponsored by over 3000 organizations and educational institutions across the country. The course will help you to clarify your thinking about money and what you want it to do for you during your retirement. You will get the education you need to retire with a secure income and maintain your lifestyle. The course will answer your retirement questions with regard to investments, risks, returns and taxes. It will help you plan for a successful retirement. You will receive ideas to reduce the income taxes on your social security and to protect your retirement funds from long-term care costs and federal income and estate taxes. The comprehensive course uses a current 204-page color workbook that contains many practical examples and exercises. The instructors are experienced tax and financial professionals and draw upon many real life experiences during the course. The course consists of four 2 1/2 hour evening sessions from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. and will be conducted at Springhill Suites, Quakertown, PA. Advance tuition is $49.
