Event Description: McCoole’s At The Historic Red Lion Inn will be featured on The Chef’s Kitchen during the month of January. Taping of the episode was held in November and features McCoole’s proprietor, Jan Hench, and chef, Paul Gruber, creating "Tournedos of Beef au Cognac, Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Fresh Seasonal Vegetable." “This was a wonderful opportunity to showcase one of our most popular menu items and our chef’s talents.
