Event Description: McCoole’s Arts & Evens Place and Star of the Day Productions present “A Gatsby Postmodern Valentine Show” featuring The Divas and The Magnolia Sadies, Saturday, February 10 at 7:30 pm. This sassy and energetic Valentine’s special, A Postmodern Valentine, is inspired by the stylings of Postmodern Jukebox. The Divas of the Lehigh Valley will present a Gatsby-style Valentine’s special, partnered with the Star of the Day singers and the talented Magnolia Sadies, a vintage dance troupe that recreates dances and entertainment from the early 1900s – 1950s. The pieces range from Charleston to Jitterbug and Tap. Each number features 2 – 11 dancers and offers multiple sets in vintage dance styles from the roaring 20’s to the fabulous 40’s and 50’s. The evening is backed by a 5-piece orchestra. This event - for those who are married, dating, best friends, in love or single - will lift your spirits and fill you heart and soul with love.
