Due to a fire at the Upper County Early Learning Center located on Rocky Ridge Road in Quakertown, classes are cancelled indefinitely at this location. We have now confirmed a temporary location for our displaced programs and classrooms in the Quakertown Community School District. Beginning Wednesday, February 5, 2020 students should report to the following locations. Reporting to the Quakertown 6th Grade Center, 349 S. Ninth St., Quakertown PA 18951 are these teacher’s classrooms: Kelly Ward-Weiner going to room 110 Sarah Renz going to room 112 Chrissy Angeny going to room 114 Cathleen Naccarato going to room 116 Kelly McLaughlin going to room 128 Students attending a full day program will report from 8:35am to 2:35pm. Students attending only a morning session, will report from 8:35am to 11:30am. Students attending only an afternoon session will report from 12:30pm to 2:35pm. We will be having an open house at the Quakertown 6th Grade Center on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm to allow parents and students to familiarize themselves with their new classrooms. Students scheduled for itinerant therapeutic services (e.g. speech, occupational, physical therapies, etc.) should report to the Quakertown District Services Center, located at 100 Commerce Drive, Quakertown PA 18951. These services will be at their regularly scheduled times. We will be having an open house at the Quakertown District Services Center on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm to allow parents and students to familiarize themselves with their new classrooms. Our Staff is in the process of reaching out to all impacted families to review and discuss these details.
