Job Description:
Responsibilities: Plan and change out furnace loads, plus packing all orders. Operating furnaces and other shop equipment. Maintain cleanliness and orderly work area. Follow shop work instructions and complete all customer labeling/packaging requirements. Configure settings on programmers, recorders and vacuum gauges. Work efficiently while ensuring company quality standards are maintained Perform other duties as assigned
Experience Required:
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Reliable, organized and ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Prior manufacturing or production experience with furnace or heat treating familiarity preferred but not required Able to lift, bend, reach and stand on a daily basis and for period of time. Ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Ability to multitask, prioritize work and overcome obstacles to obtain positive results. We offer a friendly work environment, plus good compensation and benefits.
