Ensure homeowner's needs are met throughout the project lifecycle Operate Equipter Roofing Buggy for crew Ensure proper setup of gutter and landscape protection Inspect decking Confirm material delivery and run for additional materials as needed Ensure proper installation of various residential roofing systems Fabricate and install trim metal flashing including various types of chimney flashing Get change orders signed by the homeowner Complete daily paperwork and project documentation Maintain shop and truck material supplies Able to perform light-duty repairs and warranty work with a helper
Experience Required:
Team mindset Valid driver's license with a good driving record Must pass a background check 5 years of residential roofing experience in shingles, standing seam, R - Panel, Slate, and Copper roofing. Able to fabricate and install chimney flashing, fascia, and trim flashing using a brake. Experience working with soldered copper is a plus Ability to communicate with homeowners in a professional tone Efficient and comfortable with modern technology
