Job Description:
Dublin Town Center – Crew Member Job Description 12-24 hours per week Job Responsibilities: 1. The Station • Greet, make welcome, give direction to guests if needed, as they arrive • Offer to clear tables when guests are finished eating • Wipe down tables and reposition tables and chairs after each use • Check Bathrooms several times a night for clean floors, mirror, sink area & toilets • Make sure TP & PT’s have not run out • Take out trash and replace bags when full • “Windex” glass on garage and entry doors when smudges appear • Overall cleanliness • At the end of the night, check bathrooms, wipe down tables, clean floor and reposition tables and chairs before leaving 2. The Square • Once per shift, check bathrooms for clean floors, mirrors, sink area & toilets • Make sure TP & PT’s have not run out…restock if needed • Take out trash and replace bags when full • Check common areas for trash, take out full trash bags and replace bag. • Reposition tables and chairs if out of position • Overall cleanliness 3. Contact DTC Staff if issues with any of the following • Music in The Station food court isn’t playing or isn’t playing at a consistent volume • Doors are not closing/locking as they’re supposed to • Any alarms sound • Any arrival of police or emergency services • Witnessing any illegal activity We ask that you consider our guests as a substantial part of this role. Make them welcome, talk with them, and tell them about DTC and the various opportunities on the property. Do your best to create a clean, friendly atmosphere and send them home feeling good about DTC and our team!
Experience Required:
Some hospitality, hosting, bussing experience helpful
