Job Description:
Private practice office in Perkasie, PA is looking to bring multiple clinicians to the team to provide 10-30 clinical hours per week, seeing all ages for individual, couples, and families. We provide you with a clean and cozy office space. Weekend availability is optional, but NOT required. However, many clients wish to be seen during evening hours so you will need availability during weekday evenings after school to grow your caseload. Self-starter, learning mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit is greatly encouraged in terms of scheduling your active clients and managing your hours. The practice utilizes an easy-to-use system for scheduling and note-taking, allowing you to write your notes from home. We all have a late-cancellation policy which means you will get paid if clients no-show or cancel at the last minute. We accept most major insurances. Therapists of all backgrounds with experience and preference working with children are encouraged to apply.
Experience Required:
- Master's or higher with clinical counseling training - License preferred, but candidacy status required: LMFT, LPC, LMSW - Experience and preference for working with children, teens, and/or adults - Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes - Must demonstrate effective time management, organizational and customer services skills - Must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills - Must demonstrate an understanding of and respect for the cultural diversity of clients and staff throughout the provision of services.
