Job Description:
Supervise & Lead: Manage, train, and inspire a team of bakers and decorators Product Quality: Ensure the preparation of high-quality baked goods, from breads to pastries, with a focus on consistency and presentation. Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage product waste to meet budget goals. Customer Service: Foster exceptional customer experiences by maintaining friendly and helpful service and resolving any concerns quickly. Financial Oversight: Track bakery sales, expenses, and payroll while working to meet profitability targets. Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Experience Required:
3 Years Proven experience in a bakery management role or similar leadership position in a food service environment. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food safety standards, and inventory management. Must have experience in wedding cake decorating, sugar cookie decorating, handmade pie crusts and mini wedding desserts. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. A passion for baking and delivering great customer service.
