NOVA, Bucks County’s comprehensive crime victim services agency, is pleased to announce that it has recently received a $7,500 capital improvement grant from Foundations Community Partnership (FCP). The grant will be used by NOVA to upgrade technology infrastructure and data systems to ensure secure management of confidential client information and support reliable service delivery. The grant will allow NOVA to strengthen the technology systems that staff members rely on to provide secure responsive, trauma-informed services to victims, survivors, and families throughout Bucks County. Project improvements will support data security, system reliability, disaster recovery, and enhanced reporting capabilities. In addition, the project will enhance NOVA’s ability to securely manage client information, track services and outcomes, and respond to emerging community needs. "We are grateful to Foundations Community Partnership for investing in the technology that strengthens NOVA’s mission,” stated Penny Ettinger, Executive Director, NOVA. “This grant will help us better protect confidential client information and ensure we continue providing secure, trauma-informed services to victims and survivors throughout Bucks County." “The investment in NOVA’s technology infrastructure ensures the organization can deliver reliable, responsive, and secure services now and into the future,” said FCP’s CEO Dr. Tobi Bruhn. “Our Board appreciates NOVA for recognizing the critical role technology plays in advancing its mission and supporting the well-being of the community.” To learn more about NOVA, visit https://novabucks.org.
