BUCKS COUNTY WATER & SEWER AUTHORITY TO RESTRICT ROUTE 309 SOUTH WEEKDAYS FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN QUAKERTOWN AREA PennDOT News, Road Work Updates | September 21st, 2019 PennDOT District 6 says Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority is planning a right lane closure on southbound Route 309 (West End Boulevard) between Pumping Station Road and Route 663 (John Fries Highway/Broad Street) in Richland Township and Quakertown Borough, Bucks County beginning Monday, September 23. Weather permitting the lane closure will be in place Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM through Wednesday, October 23. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
