The Board of Directors of QNB Corp. (the “Company”) the parent company of QNB Bank (the “Bank”) have announced the retirement of Anna Mae Papso from their Board of Directors. Ms. Papso served on the Board for nearly sixteen years. In her professional career she held senior financial management positions in public companies and served as the corporate vice president/chief financial officer for West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., a multi-national manufacturer of specialized pharmaceutical packaging. In addition to her Board position, Ms. Papso served on the Audit Committee and was the Board’s designated financial expert. She holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Drexel University. “We want to recognize and thank Ms. Papso for her tremendous contribution to QNB.
