A resident of Kutztown, D’Amore received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Monmouth University, in West Long Branch, New Jersey, and a law degree from Pennsylvania State University. D’Amore’s areas of practice are municipal and civil litigation. He previously worked at the law firm of Roland Stock, in Reading, Pennsylvania.
